*RETURNS* 

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

-All sale items, seasonal graphics, bodysuits, bralettes, and accessories are final sale.

-To initiate a return, please email info@shopluxellaboutique.com with:

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once received, please allow:  3–4 business days for return inspection  7–10 business days for store credit processing. Store credit will be emailed to the original email used at checkout and does not expire.

- DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly make it right!

- EXCHANGES Due to limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may use your store credit toward a new purchase once your return is processed.
